Shipping Policy

We will arrange shipping on your behalf.

We will select the best possible shipping method based on your destination. We usually use Lala Move Or Grab Express (same day delivery), but for some countries, we use another express alternative if we believe the service will be better/faster.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive a tracking number within ten days of your order, please contact us via our messenger app on this page or email : mardidecor@gmail.com

If you have already received your tracking number - kindly contact the shipping company before you contact us with any issues. We are not a shipping company, but if you are having issues & the shipping company is being unhelpful, please let us know & we will give them a push on our end.

Please note that for free shipping deals, we will use a mid range service & the item will reach you in approx 2-3 days.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays - this is a service we arrange on your behalf & any delays are obviously out of our control.
